What to do if your RNB Debit or Credit Card was lost or stolen.
As the White River Valley’s hometown bank, we take your security very seriously.
As soon as you notice your RNB Debit Card is missing:
Call the bank immediately at 802-728-9611.
After banking hours, call the "Hot Card" number at 800-554-8969, or 1-973-682-2652 if outside the U.S.
As soon as you notice your RNB Hometown MasterCard® Credit Card is missing:
Call 800-325-3678 immediately.
When you call to report a lost or stolen card, your card will be closed immediately. Please let a Randolph National Bank representative know if you would like a new card ordered and we will gladly place an order. You will receive your new card in the mail. For debit card orders, you will receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the mail shortly after you have received the card. Once you receive your PIN, please take your card to any ATM and use the PIN you received in the mail to activate your card. This is your confidential code, and it should not be given to anyone. Please sign your card and conduct a balance inquiry at any ATM. This PIN based transaction activates your card.
