We recognize that frequently you need to take care of your banking outside our regular business hours, so in addition to ATMs and Telebanc, we now offer free Online Banking. Online Banking provides you with secure access to your Randolph National Bank deposit and loan accounts. You can check balances, print statements, make transfers, download information to your financial software and pay bills any time, any where!

Our Bill Pay feature is free, and it gives you the opportunity to pay bills without writing checks, addressing envelopes, or buying stamps! Access to Bill Pay is made through a link on the Online Banking site.  After you have signed up for Online Banking (follow the Login link above) you may proceed with applying for a Bill Pay account.  The application is completed online and once approved, you can begin paying bills immediately. Randolph National Bank remains vigilant in its awareness to protect our customers’ privacy.

We are aware that recently, cardholders have been contacted by fraudsters attempting to gain the codes (CVV, CVV2) from the back of electronic bank cards, credit cards and debit cards and/or customer PIN numbers.

Some cardholders are told that the bank’s credit card processor has been sold; others have been told that their bank cards have been deactivated.  In both cases, cardholders are instructed to enter their card numbers and the security codes from the card backs to reactivate their card numbers.
