Online Banking provides you with secure access to your Randolph National Bank deposit and loan accounts. You can check balances, print statements, make transfers, download information to your finance application and pay bills any time, any where!
Our Online Bill Pay feature is free, and it gives you the opportunity to pay bills without writing checks, addressing envelopes, or buying stamps! Access to Bill Pay is made through the Online Banking site. After you have signed up for Online Banking (follow the Login link above) you may proceed with applying for a Bill Pay account. The application is completed online and the link is found on the Online Banking site.

Randolph National Bank is committed to offering you secure Online Banking. Passwords, images, challenge quesitons and registered computers help to ensure only you access your accounts.
On your first login you will be asked to answer a series of three challenge questions that you select. You will also need to pick a security image and name that image. The image will be your verification that you have reached the actual RNB Online Banking site on future logins. Only after you see the security image should you enter your password. Finally, you will be asked if you want to register the computer you are using. You may want to register your personal computer to avoid having to answer challenge questions everytime you login. Registering a computer is as simple as selecting "Register this computer" when the question appears. You should not register a public computer (library, hotel lobby,etc). If you want to be able to login from your laptop, home computer and office computer without answering challenge questions every time, you can register more than one computer.
