On Saturday, February 11th, the phone system at iPay may be unavailable between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

While the Telephone System/ Voice Messaging Systems are down:

* Activation Codes requested by phone for payee activation will not function

* While the Contact Center is not staffed on Sundays, inbound calls coming in go to voicemail allowing the Contact Center to return the calls on Monday morning. During this maintenance window any inbound calls will not reach voicemail.

Effective December 31, 2011, U.S. Savings Bonds are going paperless; and RNB will no longer be able to sell bonds. To purchase a Savings Bond after 12/31/2011, you will need to logon to the Treasury Direct web site (www.treasurydirect.gov) to set up an account and purchase bonds directly through them. We will continue to redeem paper bonds for our customers in our branches. Thank you!
