ONLINE BANKING

At the left hand side of the screen, click on the words, "First Time User." This will take you to the first time login screen.

FIRST TIME USER

Please enter in your checking or savings account number under 'Access ID' and select the appropriate account type. Your account number directs our system to focus on that account and any related accounts which you are a signer on in that portfolio. Your initial password is selected by you upon opening your account. This is the method we use to verify your identity online. If you do not remember your initial password please call Customer Support at 802.728.9611.
Click 'Submit' when you are finished.

ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD

Now you may create your own Access ID and password. Please note that the Access ID and password are case sensitive. Your Access ID must be at least six characters long and contain no spaces. It does not require a mixture of letters, numbers or characters but we do recommend it. Your password must be at least seven characters long but no more than seventeen. It must contain a mixture of letters and numbers. To assure that we will be storing your password correctly we ask you to reconfirm it by retyping it in the designated area.

Select whether you would like to register the computer you are on, or if it is a public computer and you do not feel comfortable registering it. Please note, if you do not register the computer you are using you will be asked a security challenge question every time you login to online banking in the future. If you do not enter your password or challenge questions in correctly than you will be locked out after the third try. Only Customer Support has the ability to unlock you. Click 'Submit' when you are finished.

SET SECURITY DATA

To protect our customers against security threats we ask you to fill out the information below. Please type in your e-mail address and reconfirm it. If you forget your password this is the e-mail address we will use to send it to. The Authentication Image and Passphrase are anti-phising tools. The phising scam has become a serious threat to consumers. Criminals will copy a merchant's or bank's website page with the intention of gaining your card number and personal information. To protect our customers, we issue a randomly generated image that is uniquely yours and ask that you create a phrase that is linked to it. These two items should automatically appear in the future when you are typing in your password. If they do not, please exit out of the website immediately. You could be a potential victim of phising. Next, choose three security challenge questions that you will remember and create answers for them. You will be asked a question in the event that you enter in your password incorrectly or you use a computer which you have not registered.
Click 'Submit' when you are finished.

DISCLOSURES
